Lantau Island Joint School Mock Release of DSE Results 2023-2024

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department was invited by the H.K.S.K.H. Tung Chung Integrated Services, to set up information booth and deliver a talk at the P.L.K. Mrs. Ma Kam Ming-Cheung Fook Sien College to introduce the Working Holiday Scheme to HKDSE candidates from six secondary schools in Tung Chung.

IVE (Tuen Mun) – Working Holiday Talks

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department conducted three on-campus talks for the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tuen Mun) to introduce the Working Holiday Scheme to the students.

HKUST – "31th Career Mosaic October 2023" Careers Expo

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit (WHSU), together with the Selective Placement Division and the Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Division, of the Labour Department participated in the "31th Career Mosaic October 2023" Careers Expo to promote various services provided by the Labour Department to college students and graduates. WHSU introduced the Working Holiday Scheme, addressed students' enquiries on-site and distributed publicity materials and souvenirs. The event attracted a large number of students and received enthusiastic response from them.

IVE (Kwun Tong) – Online Working Holiday Sharing Session

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department held an online working holiday sharing session for the students of Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Kwun Tong). Natalie and Chiu Yee, previous working holidaymakers in Sweden and the Netherlands respectively, were presented to pass on their rich experience and tips to the students.

Lingnan University – Utilising Employment Services to Navigate Diverse Career Pathways

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit (WHSU) of the Labour Department delivered a seminar with the Selective Placement Division and the Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Division, to introduce various services provided by the Labour Department targeting the students and graduates of tertiary studies. WHSU delivered a talk to enhance students' understanding of the working holiday scheme.

Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Tung Chung Integrated Services Centre (Ying Tung) – Working Holiday Talk

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department has delivered a talk at the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Tung Chung Integrated Services Centre (Ying Tung) to introduce the Working Holiday Scheme to residents in Tung Chung.

Labour Department Working Holiday Scheme Sharing Session

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department organised a sharing session on Working Holiday Scheme to provide information of the Scheme to Hong Kong youths. Wooden Lamson and Chiu Yee, previous working holidaymakers in New Zealand and Netherlands respectively, were invited to share their first-hand experience and tips on working holiday.

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department joined the CIHE & CBCC Career and Education Fair 2023 and delivered an on-site talk to introduce the details of the Working Holiday Scheme to the students.
