IVE (Tsing Yi) – Working Holiday Sharing Session

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department organised a working holiday sharing session at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi). Isaac and Gilbert, previous working holidaymakers in New Zealand and Germany respectively, were invited to share their first-hand experience and tips on working holiday.

HKU SPACE (HPSHCC)– Roving Exhibition

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department staged a roving exhibition at the HKU SPACE Po Leung Kuk Stanley Ho Community College (HPSHCC) to introduce the Working Holiday Scheme to the students.

HKUST – Working Holiday Talk

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department delivered a talk at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) to enhance students' understanding of the Working Holiday Scheme.

New Opportunities – New Terrain Job Expo

The Labour Department, together with the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association and Hong Kong Polytechnic University, held a large-scale job expo at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Information on its employment services and the Working Holiday Scheme was provided to assist job seekers, in particular young people, to seize different development opportunities.

HKUST – "25th Career Mosaic October 2019" Careers Expo

As invited by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), the Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department joined the "25th Career Mosaic October 2019" Careers Expo to promote the Working Holiday Scheme and disseminate publicity materials to the students. The event attracted a large number of students and received enthusiastic response from them.

Youth College (Yeo Chei Man) – Roving Exhibition

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department staged a roving exhibition at the Youth College (Yeo Chei Man). A booth was also set up to provide students with information of the Working Holiday Scheme.

HKBU CIE – Working Holiday Talk

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department organised two talks on Working Holiday Scheme at the Hong Kong Baptist University - College of International Education (HKBU CIE) to provide information of the Scheme to the students.

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department held a roving exhibition at the UOW College Hong Kong/ Community College of City University (CCCU) to introduce the Working Holiday Scheme and distribute publicity materials to the students.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong – Roving Exhibition

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department held a working holiday roving exhibition at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The exhibition enabled students to gain a better understanding of the Working Holiday Scheme.

The 26th Hong Kong International Education and Careers Expo

The Labour Department participated in "The 26th Hong Kong International Education and Careers Expo" at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Information on its employment services and the Working Holiday Scheme was provided to assist job seekers, in particular young people, to look for different career opportunities.

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department was invited to organise a working holiday sharing session at the Hong Kong Baptist University - College of International Education (HKBU CIE). A talk was delivered by the Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department to introduce the details of the Working Holiday Scheme at The Education University of Hong Kong (EduHK).

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department organised a working holiday sharing session with The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Previous working holidaymaker in the United Kingdom, Step, and previous working holidaymaker in Germany, Phoenix, shared their invaluable experience to the students during the session.

HKUST –"24th Career Mosaic" Careers Expo

As invited by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), the Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department joined the "24th Career Mosaic" Careers Expo to promote the Working Holiday Scheme.

HKBU – Career Fair 2019

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department was invited to participate in the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) Career Fair 2019 to introduce the information of the Working Holiday Scheme to the students.

Education & Careers Expo 2019

In January 2019, the Labour Department participated in the "Education & Careers Expo 2019" organised by the HKTDC to provide local employment information, information on Mainland employment and the Working Holiday Scheme to visitors. In addition, representative of the Labour Department introduced the Working Holiday Scheme in details in a seminar on 26 January. TV hosts, Miss Ranya Lee and Miss Kelena Poon, were invited as guest speakers to share their own stories during the seminar. They also joined the after-talk discussion to exchange views with visitors.

Caritas Chai Wan Marden Foundation Secondary School – "Careers Expo 2019"

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit of the Labour Department was invited to join the "Careers Expo 2019" organised by the Caritas Chai Wan Marden Foundation Secondary School. A booth was set up to distribute publicity materials and answer enquiries on the scheme.
