The Working Holiday Scheme Unit (WHSU), together with the Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Division and the Selective Placement Division of the Labour Department joined the " SFU x CBCC Career Fair 2025" and delivered a talk to promote various services provided by the Labour Department to students. WHSU introduced the details of the Working Holiday Scheme to the students and distributed publicity materials.

The Labour Department participated in the "Education & Careers Expo 2025" on 16-19 January 2025 at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Apart from local employment information, information on "Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme" and the "Working Holiday Scheme" were provided to assist job seekers, in particular youths, to broaden their horizon with diversified career pathways. A Working Holiday Sharing Session was held to introduce the Scheme to participants. Ashley, previous working holidaymaker in Ireland, was invited to share her first-hand experience and tips on working holiday.
